Account Management

At Deycom each customer is assigned a dedicated account manager, this is regardless of the size or spend of their account. The manager is responsible for the everyday running of the account and dealing with the customer on a one to one basis. The account manager also has highly trained backup staff to ensure the customer has seamless service from the very first phone call.

Deycom has 20 years experience supplying I.T. to the industry and we pride ourselves on being knowledgeable and up to date on a huge range of products. We know there will always be products needed by our customers that are a little out of the range of “normal” but this is not a problem for us, we thrive on the opportunity to put a bespoke system in place for our customers.
Deycom account managers have a close affiliation and rapport with all of our suppliers and are able to offer the best prices from all of the industry big names as well as the smaller, less known suppliers.
